Shipping
Same Day Shipping: We process most orders quickly 6 days a week and within these guidelines:
- Mon-Fri : if received by 5:30 PM EST ships same day
- Saturdays: if received by 2:00 PM EST ships same day
USA:
- FREE SHIPPING for cart subtotals $75+ (after discounts)
- Flat Rate shipping at only $4.49 for orders of any size.
Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times, once in the hands of the chosen carrier, generally range from 1-5 business days. Delays outside of our ontrol may occur. Upgrading to other Express or Priority services is available during checkout. If needing Next Day service, we highly encourage FedEx Overnight and placed 1 hour before cutoff times above.
International: Prices vary based on weight and can be easily calculated in the shopping cart. At this time, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders ship via USPS First Class International Mail. Upgrading to other express services is available during checkout.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for you to send back the product.
Backorders
In the event of low stock, we are able to fill many top brands within 1-3 business days and offer a $2 in store credit to hold your order for one shipment. Estimated back in stock times are shown on the shopping cart page for every product as some brands do take longer than 3 days. For our International customers, we will hold your order by default until all items are available to ship in one package.
If you do choose to split the shipment, credit is not awarded, neither are fully out of stock carts.
