We process most orders within 24 hours and if received by 9:00 PM EST ship that same day.
USA: FREE SHIPPING for cart subtotals $75 and up, otherwise we offer Flat Rate shipping at only $4.49 for orders of any size. As you know, shipping is quite expensive these days so trust us, this paid service helps the company survive. Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and occasionally FedEx Home/Ground. Delivery times, once in the hands of the chosen carrier, generally range from 1-5 business days. Delays outside of our ontrol may occur. Upgrading to other Express or Priority services is available during checkout.
International: Prices vary based on weight and can be easily calculated in the shopping cart. At this time, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders ship via USPS First Class International Mail. Upgrading to other express services is available during checkout.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Please expect 3 to 5 business days to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Shipping returns back to us is the responsibility of the customer. However, in the rare event of a product sent wrongly, we will certainly provide a return label at no cost to you. Your happiness is our goal and we strive for your musical happiness.
Backorders
In the event of low stock, we are able to fill many brands within a few business days and offer a $2 in store credit to hold your order for one shipment. If you do choose to split the shipment, credit is not awarded. Estimated back in stock times are shown on the shopping cart page. For our International customers, we will hold your order by default until all items are available to ship in one package.
